Melis Ceremony
This is a beautiful view of the celebration Melasti that you can find in Bali if you come to Bali a week before the Nyepi Day.
Meaning Melasti ceremony itself is a process of inner cleansing born human and nature, with all dirt roads menghayutkan using the water of life. Batik Solo
Batik is one way of making fabric. Besides batik can refer to two things. The first is the technique of coloring cloth using the malam to prevent staining part of the fabric. In the international literature, this technique is known as a wax-resist dyeing. The second notion is the fabric or clothing made with these techniques, including the use of certain motifs that have uniqueness. Batik Indonesia, as the overall engineering, technology, and development-related motives and culture.
Javanese traditional batik, especially from Yogyakarta and Surakarta / Solo, has notable meanings rooted to the Javanese conceptualization of the universe.
UNESCO designated Indonesian batik as a Masterpiece of Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity on October 2, 2009. As part of the acknowledgment, UNESCO insisted that Indonesia preserve their heritage.

First to Palembang
Palembang is the capital city of South Sumatra Province in Indonesia. Palembang is one of the oldest cities in Indonesia with a lot of history as a capital of a maritime empire. Located on the Musi River banks on the east coast of southern Sumatra island. Palembang is the second largest city in Sumatra after Medan and the seventh largest city in Indonesia.
Palembang landmarks include the Ampera Bridge and the Musi River which divides the city into two, Seberang Ilir to the north and Seberang Ulu to the south. The Seberang Ilir is the economic and cultural center and the Seberang Ulu is the political center.
And They have typical foods of the famous in the world, which they call Pempek Palembang. It is made of fish and sago floured like a cake fish and served together with a dark, rich sauce called Cuko. Cuko is made from brown sugar, chili pepper, garlic, vinegar, and salt to boiling water.
